30-Day Customer Satisfaction Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn, unwashed physical apparel and unopened physical collectibles purchased via our official store.

1. Physical Merchandise Returns & Exchanges

To initiate a return for garments or merchandise:

  1. Contact support@knufflebeast.com within 30 days of package delivery with your order confirmation number.
  2. Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.
  3. Once received and inspected at our fulfillment center, refunds are issued back to the original Stripe payment method within 3–5 business days.
  4. Defective, misprinted, or damaged items are replaced immediately at zero additional expense to the customer.

2. Order Fulfillment & Shipping Rates

  • Processing Time: Physical orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.
  • Domestic Shipping (US): Shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground (typical delivery in 3 to 7 business days). Tracking information is emailed upon label generation.
  • International Shipping: Shipped via DHL Express or USPS International (typical transit in 7 to 14 business days). Import duties or tariffs are calculated transparently at checkout.

3. Digital Products & In-App Purchases

Digital mobile downloads and in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are governed by the respective store refund policies. To request a refund for an iOS purchase, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play purchases, submit your request through the Google Play Store account order history. For custom consulting or software enterprise licenses, cancellations and milestone refunds are executed pursuant to the specific client statement of work.

4. Order Cancellations

You may cancel any unshipped physical merchandise order for a 100% full refund by emailing support@knufflebeast.com prior to order fulfillment dispatch.
